Bring a live solicitation.
Leave with a draft.
GovBid AI reads Section L, finds the three of your past projects that actually fit, and writes the first 80% of the proposal in minutes, not hours. You spend your time formatting winning.

read it on paper
We don't write the bid for you. We write the first 80%, so you spend your time formatting winning.
Everything between the alert and the signed cover letter.
One product. Five capabilities. Built in the order a firm actually meets the work.
Find
Every SAM.gov solicitation and SLED state portal pulled into one searchable inventory, scored 0–100 against your firm profile, NAICS, set-asides, and past performance.
Decide
Win-probability model + AI-assisted bid/no-bid recommendation. Reads Section M before you sink a week, and tells you where you will and will not score.
Draft
Section L–compliant volumes · technical, management, past performance, exec summary. SF-330 Parts I & II autofilled. Capability statements in one click.
Comply
Compliance checks against the actual RFP requirements. Audit-mode chat over uploaded RFP documents. Every "shall" tracked, every gap surfaced.
Track
Pipeline kanban from interested through awarded. Contracts library. Past-performance library. Competitor and agency intelligence on Pro+.
From solicitation to compliant draft, in the time it takes to make coffee.
Three movements, in this order, every time. No private beta. No waitlist.
A live solicitation lands in the workspace.
Drop the SAM.gov link, the SF-330 invitation, or a PDF of the RFP. We extract Section L instructions, Section M evaluation criteria, the agency, NAICS, set-aside, and the due date.
Section L pairs with your past-performance library.
Each instruction in §L gets matched against the relevant projects in your library: CMMI letters, cleared personnel, prior cloud lifts. You see which past performance defends each requirement before drafting starts.
A compliant first 80% comes back, in your voice.
Block E narratives, capability sections, and SF-330 Part I fields populate from the library. Tone is tuned to your prior winning prose. Compliance scrub flags Section M gaps before you commit a week to a no-bid.
Priced to be cheaper than your last no-bid decision.
$49 to start. $99 to run on. Custom only when the org chart demands it.

What that speed feels like in practice.
Three drawn from how we use it on our own bids. Real, attributed customer quotes will replace these as customers approve.
Used to no-bid anything under $500K because the writing time wasn't worth the math. The unit economics flip when the first 80% of the draft costs minutes instead of hours.
First time an SF-330 doesn't ruin a Saturday. Block E narratives match the firm's voice · light editing, not rewriting. The CV pulls and the relevant-experience matrix populate from the past-performance library.
Compliance scrub flags Section M.4 as a non-fit before the team commits a week to it. The cheapest hour you spend on a bid is the one that tells you not to pursue it.
The questions you'd ask in the second meeting.
Five things to know before you put GovBid AI on procurement's list. If a question is missing, write us at lu@itcustomsolution.com.

01Is GovBid AI just a wrapper around ChatGPT?+
No. We run our own retrieval pipeline over SAM.gov, your past performance library, and the agency's historical solicitations. Generic models don't know what Block E asks for, or that your firm has a CMMI L3 letter from April 2024. We do.
02Will agencies know our proposal was AI-assisted?+
Reading like a human writer is a feature, not a leak. We tune voice to your firm's style · your past prose, your win themes, your phrasing for capabilities. Drafts come back sounding like the author who wrote your last winning bid.
03Who actually built this?+
Olufela "Lu" Fagbure (Founder & Director) and the team at IT Custom Solution LLC, a NYC-registered MBE that bids alongside its customers. We use the product on our own work first.
04What about data security?+
Tenant-isolated workspaces, per-firm KMS encryption, AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, and zero-retention contracts with our LLM providers. Your past performance library and drafts are never used for training and are exportable at any time. Full security page →
05Can we cancel anytime?+
Monthly plans cancel at the end of the period, no questions, no retention call. Annual plans pro-rate. We'd rather earn the next month than trap you in this one.
